Message from the President: I look forward to seeing everyone at the East Bank Club for this month's meeting. The topic is Staging A House For A Quick And Profitable Sale . This is of interest to everyone in the business. Mark the date on your calendar - March 15, 2005 . March is also election month. Last month's meeting was about the change in the credit system. Destina Ragano was an exceptional speaker. All in attendance gained knowledge about protecting their identity and what is needed to maintain a good credit score. I learned that the score changes all the time, so know that one day can be better than the next (or worse). If you pay on time and use credit wisely, there will be no problem. I am asking all members to bring a guest or two to every meeting. Our new members tell us how valuable their membership has been for them. Please help us continue to grow. We offer a wealth of knowledge, camaraderie, and mentoring. I look forward to seeing everyone this month. Call or email if you have suggestions or want to talk. Millie Shemluck |

| Sec. 7 Additional nominations from any members not in attendance at the January membership meeting, may be made for any of the elective offices or directorships, but nominees so named shall be endorsed in writing by at least 10 members in good standing. Such written endorsement shall be delivered to the Corresponding Secretary, not less than 15 days prior to the day of election in March. The Corresponding Secretary shall immediately notify the membership by mail of any additional nominees whose names have thus been placed in nomination. Sec. 8 Voting shall be by ballot, but in the event there is only one candidate for office, the vote may be by voice. A quorum is necessary to hold an election. |
