Message from the President: The March meeting was one of the best this year. Sizzle Productions and their services is another new way to sell real estate in this millennium. This timely information will keep us a cut above the rest. The wonderful gift bags we each received from Sizzle were quite a surprise and a treat. The real estate market continues to amaze me. Some listings are selling like hot cakes and others for no rhyme or reason are on the market for months. The new construction market downtown is on fire and buyers are planning their lives two to three years in advance. This is a wonderful time for the Chicagoland area. Our speaker this month is Terry Penza, Chief Executive Officer of the North Shore-Barrington Association of Realtors. Terry will bring us up to date on the latest news about MAP and MLSNI. She will tell us what buyers and sellers expect from us today and will answer all of your questions. I look forward to seeing everyone at the April meeting.
